Chef Jose Salome

Chef Frankie, as he is known in his community, hails from San Marcos in the area known as the Costa Chica (small coast) of Guerrero and Oaxaca on the Pacific Coast. He is the Chef to Cuisine at El Jefe in Murray Hill, where he prepares daily specials using fresh vegetables and herbs from local farms.
