Chef Waylon Rivers

Waylon, formerly the Executive Chef of Black Sheep Restaurant, is a graduate of Florida State College at Jacksonville’s Culinary Institute of the South, where he studied Culinary Management. He is currently the chef at Mediterra Cafe and Bakery in Sewickley, PA. Prior to his arrival at Black Sheep, Waylon was the Sous Chef of Georges Brasserie in Charlotte, NC; his background also includes time spent in the kitchens of Restaurant Orsay and The Capital Grille in Jacksonville.
