Arepas on Toasted White Corn Cake

Ovinté, one of the only full-service, independently owned restaurants at the St. Johns Town Center, has launched new spring menus. Menu highlights include five new tapas offerings, five new charcuterie selections and four new dinner entrées.

Executive Chef Brennan Pickren’s new menus include authentic Spanish staples, like gazpacho and paella, to complement the restaurant’s robust menu of small, shareable plates.

The restaurant has also updated its happy hour menu to include 17 new specialty cocktails and a menu of tapas selections available for $5 apiece. Happy hour is served Monday through Saturday, from 4-6:30 p.m.

“Our guests already know Ovinté for great service, delicious food, and incredible wine program,” said Seth Tindle, General Manager of Ovinté. “With these new menu additions, Chef Brennan has taken the Ovinté concept back to its roots as a destination for Spanish and European cuisine in an upscale, yet approachable setting.”

“When I joined the Ovinté team earlier this year, I immediately noticed two things: an excellent dinner program, and an opportunity to introduce exciting new flavors to the St. Johns Town Center area,” said Pickren. “These menu additions were created to give our guests a sophisticated dining experience that reflects our emphasis on modern Spanish and European cuisine, whether they’re joining us for happy hour, dinner or brunch.”
