Sbraga & Company, celebrated chef Kevin Sbraga’s newest restaurant, has launched a bread-to-go program and a weekly bottomless mimosa brunch. Fresh-baked bread from the restaurant’s in-house bakery is now available for purchase by the loaf. Guests may place bread orders through their server during dinner service Friday and Saturday, as well as during brunch and dinner on Sunday. Bread will also be sold at the bar for guests who prefer a grab-and-go purchasing experience. Two bread styles are available for $6 per loaf: Intuition Ale Works spent grain and rustic sourdough.

The restaurant has also introduced a weekly bottomless mimosa brunch. Every Sunday, from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests may enjoy bottomless mimosas for $15 per person.

"Since opening last November, we have received overwhelming support for our in-house bread program — specifically, Pastry Chef Erika Weisflog’s delicious spent grain and rustic sourdough breads. We’re thrilled to share her talent with the community by offering whole loaves to go, so our guests can enjoy the Sbraga & Company bread experience at their own supper table," said Kevin Sbraga. "We’re all about bringing people together to enjoy time at the table together. To that end, we look forward to welcoming our guests to enjoy bottomless mimosas with us every Sunday."

Sbraga & Company is located at 220 Riverside Avenue, Suite 114, next to Unity Plaza. Public parking is available around Unity Plaza and in the Magnolia Street lot adjacent to the plaza. Complimentary valet parking is available during dinner service, as well as every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5 p.m to closing. Reservations may be made over the phone by calling 904-746-0909, by visiting sbragadining.com/sbragaandcompany, or via OpenTable.
