Elena Moretto

Elena’s passion for hospitality began at home while growing up in Lima, Peru, where her mother made her an important part of planning family celebrations. She loved how the elements of food, drinks and people combined can create tremendous fun. She joined the team at Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort in 2016 as an Assistant Restaurant Manager following nine years at various Ritz-Carlton hotels in South Beach, Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove, and the Conrad Miami. She has a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Center of San Martin de Porres University.  When she is not at work she loves soaking up some sun at the beach!
