Pruning Workshop: Blueberries and Peaches
Participants will get hands-on experience with pruning peaches and blueberries during the summer season. In Florida, summer topping is used to stimulate vegetative growth of bearing southern highbush and should be done soon after harvest. Learn to remove vigorous branches on peach trees that may divert growth away from the scaffold branches and excessive top growth. Your registration fee covers handouts, beverages and one ticket for a chance to win blueberry plants!
