Adventures in Indian Ayurvedic Cuisine Cooking Class
Celebrate the change in seasons and Fall Equinox with this cooking class! Uma and Elizabeth are excited to bring the next installment of Ayurvedic Indian Cooking, for the Fall Season, to Soluna Yoga+Spa. Elizabeth will be in India for the month of October, training in Therapeutic Yoga. You are invited to join this special cooking class, and for her regularly scheduled classes, before she leaves on her upcoming trip.
Through demonstration and hands on experience, they will prepare an authentic 5 course healthy Indian vegetarian meal appropriate for early Fall. Connect to the energy of a meal created with love and feel light and warm within. Discussion about Ayurvedic diet will be integrated within the workshop. We will enjoy our meal together in traditional Indian style.
Returning and new participants welcome. No experience necessary.
