Farm to Table Dinner at Olive My Pickle

Chef Gail Patak, chef-owner of Garden Truck Food Co., and Olive My Pickle present the inaugural Farm to Table Dinner at The Pickle Factory. Each dinner will focus on a region of the culinary world and feature adapted, plant based versions of that region's most cherished dishes. The 100% plant based culinary adventure starts right here in our back yard of Florida to celebrate our amazing ecosystems and ocean life. There will be five courses, each with a vegan wine pairing to enhance the flavors of each dish
Chef Gail Patak, chef-owner of Garden Truck Food Co. has been making 100% plant based cuisine for a decade and brings her culinary skills to this new dinner series.
A portion of the proceeds from each Farm to Table Dinner will be benefitting a non-profit organization that focuses on conservationism or animal welfare. "To the Oceans with Love" will be supporting WildlifeVOICE and its founder, Jim Abernethy.
Jim Abernethy is an award-winning underwater photographer/filmmaker, author, conservationist. He founded the non-profit WildlifeVOICE whose mission is to be the voice for those who cannot speak. A portion of the ticket sales proceeds will be donated to WildlifeVOICE. Jim will be at the dinner to present his work.
