Made in St. Augustine
Made in St. Augustine® is the culmination of all things local. On February 11, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Francis Field, this handcrafted festival will celebrate everything made in the nation’s oldest city.
This curated event showcases St. Augustins who create, craft, construct, produce, educate, cook and bake. The one-day annual festival features artisans, builders, chefs, distillers, vintners, farmers, and anyone who “makes” in St. Augustine.
Come hungry (and thirsty!) and explore the many tastes of St. Augustine under one roof at the Made to Taste tent, sponsored by Edible Northeast Florida Magazine and Florida Greek Guy.
Try tasting samples of local restaurants’ best dishes for only $2-$6. Seize the opportunity to meet the local farmers who supply the area’s culinary efforts (and pick up some fresh produce in the process!). Quench your thirst as you visit with local coffee roasters, beverage specialists, distillers, brewers and vintners.
Once you have satiated your appetite, learn how to prepare delectable cuisine at home. Free cooking demonstrations led by local chefs at the Made to Cook tent throughout the day. Looking to truly master your culinary skills? Register for one of the festival’s workshops at the Made to Create tent where you’ll gain hands-on instruction from the area’s top chefs.
