Manifest Discovery Series: Compounding Gin

Locally-made Gin is the focus of Manifest's inaugural hands-on workshop series.

Join Manifest Distilling for their inaugural Discovery Series workshop which will focus on the history and development of Gin. In this hands-on workshop each participant will get to formulate their own gin recipe and leave with a sample. Light snacks will be provided as well as a sample cocktail upon arrival. 

The event will also feature the founder of East Imperial tonics who will speak to the history of tonic production and discuss how and why their tonics are so good.
