Matthew's Restaurant's Chef de Cuisine, Alex Yim, and Pastry Chef, Rebecca Reed invite you to join them for a Five Course Beer Maker's Dinner featuring an array of seasonally inspired dishes and beverage pairings from family-owned Jacksonville Brewery, Bold City Brewery.
On the Menu
Grouper Ceviche & Octopus Salad, Blood Orange, Cilantro, Cucumber Spheres, Fried Plantains
Roasted Oysters, Fennel & Leek Fondue, Crispy Prosciutto
House-Made Rigatoni, Shrimp, Littleneck Clams, Tasso Ham, Baby Tomato, Spring Onion, Baby Tomato, Fried Shallots
Smoked Meats: Duck Legs, Pork Belly, Apple & Pear Sausage served with sides of Espresso Carrot Mashed Potato and Spring Super Green Vegetables: Broccolini, Fava Beans, Fiddlehead Ferns, English Peas, Edamame, Sesame Seeds
Sticky Sorghum Cake, Blackberries & Spiced Chantilly, Candied Pecans
Master Brewer, Brian Miller, of Bold City Brewery will provide a history of the beers and be available for questions.
