Perfect Persimmons Cooking Class
Join Front Porch Pickings and Chef Dennis Chan of Blue Bamboo for their next Cooking Class: Perfect Persimmons!
Plan to attend this hands-on cooking class (one in an on-going series) led by Chef Dennis Chan. In this two hour class, participants will learn how to prepare two or three local persimmon inspired dishes plus a persimmons themed cocktail. Sit down afterwards with your classmates and enjoy the lunch you created! You'll take home a recipe packet for reference in your own kitchen and information to share with your foodie friends.
