Pies & Tarts Class
Master the art of baking Pies and Tarts with a hands-on baking class, led by Pastry Chef Rebecca Reed, graduate of the French Culinary Institute. On the menu, a Bordaloue Pear with Almond Pie and a Chocolate Custard Tart. Class includes a light brunch, breakfast cocktails, coffee, recipes as well as a tart pan, rolling pin and fluted dough cutting wheel.
