The Perfect Pear Catering Company's Supper Club will take place this month at GYO Greens in Palm Valley (Ponte Vedra) and is shaping up to be magnificent! The event will begin at 4:15 pm with light hors d oeuvres and live music. After Hors D Oeuvres, there will be a tour of the farm and then a Latin-themed dinner. 

MENU
Hors d ouvres: Empanadas undone, boniato, pork belly, smoked paprika requesón, rum & orange
Bread service: Assorted Coca 
First: Huitlacoche bisque, Serrano ham, cured egg yolk, choclo cancha
Second: Vanilla saffron crema catalana, citrus seafood, fennel & fine herbs
Third: Ropa vieja , chimichurri rice, sweet plantain purée, slow roasted tomatoes & Manchego mousse
Fourth: Churros, guava geleé, rum & marscapone mousse, lime meringue
