Sustainable seafood slow fish first coast dinner

Slow Food has been working in the field of sustainable fish for many years, raising awareness among seafood-lovers through the biennial Slow Fish fair in Genoa and developing projects to support responsible artisanal fishing communities. This Slow Fish dinner is one of many local initiatives all around the world that are helping to educate the public on how to use common sense, curiosity and appetite to make choices that are conscious, delicious and responsible.

Participating chefs include Café Nola Chef Kathy Collins, Scotty Schwartz of the Bullbriar and 29 South, Chris Dickerson of Corner Taco, Tom Gray of Moxie Kitchen + Cocktails, and Wesley Nogueira of bb’s. Each chef will prepare a course inspired by some of the best seafood Florida waters offer.
