Take home the knowledge and science behind Souffles and WOW your guests at your next dinner party! Led by Pastry Chef Rebecca Reed, this hands-on baking class is perfect for the intermediate baker. Learn the pro tips and technique to help with timing and entertaining. At the end of class you will enjoy our tasty treats accompanied by a wine pairing. Class will begin with light brunch snacks, coffee, and mimosas!

What to Expect: The class will last approximately 2 hours. This class is limited to 28 guests and you will work in groups of 4-5. Each station has a chair so guests have the option to sit or stand for the duration of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Mimosas and wine pairing are only available for guests 21 years of age and older. Identification will be required. Due to limited availability of these classes refunds will not be provided for no-shows and cancellations. Classes are transferable if you would like to send someone else in your place. Matthew's Restaurant reserves the right to alter the class without prior notice.
