The Taste Academy
The Taste Academy offers a variety of educational opportunities to learn more about our local food sources, how to prepare foods and the culinary history of St. Augustine. The Academy ‘courses’ take place at various sites throughout St. Johns County, such as restaurants, bars, bakeries or gardens!
Patrons of the Academy will also receive free admission to “The Taste of St. Augustine,” another one of the organization's major fundraising events that is a large celebration of local food, breweries, wineries and music!!
The Academy allows culinary enthusiasts and perpetual students the opportunity to delve deeper into our area’s culture and heritage first hand, while learning from the experts!
