Vegan Chef's Table Spring Dinner Adventure
Bees are buzzing, flowers are blooming, allergies are maxed out and some of the best, most beautiful produce is ripening in gardens. Chef IR Wolf, Cravings Catering, Ugly Cupcake Muffinry and Jax Restaurant Reviews are coming together to bring you a glorious Vegan Chef’s Table Spring Sampling. Taking place at the historic Ugly Cupcake Muffinry in Jax Beach, Chef IR Wolf is preparing a bountiful vegan meal inspired by the bounty of the Earth.
Come and enjoy this special event on Tuesday, May 2, at 7pm. Your ticket includes six courses and a glass of wine, with additional alcohol available for purchase.

To Start
white wine marinated artichoke hearts with fresh lemon vinaigrette, white beans, arugula, spring artisan tomatoes, shaved local radish

house gazpacho with avocado: fresh tomato, local cucumber, julienned veg, topped with fresh avocado

oven roasted portobellos with vegan chorizo topped with fresh green onions, over wilted garlic spinach, with fresh spring baby carrots

vegan mini meatball subs with house marinara

vegan red curry: house red curry, with squash, peppers, seasonal vegetables, jasmine rice
