Vegan Italian Dinner
Plantology Cafe is mixing up an all organic, all vegan, Italian-inspired feast in five-courses, in an evening that even the most ardent meat-eaters won't want to miss.
On the Menu:
First: A mix of sweet and savory brushetta made with fresh local bread
Second: Shaved Fennel and grapefruit salad made with local greens and a house made lemon vinaigrette
Third: Italian tomato soup drizzled with a cashew cream
Fourth: Main dish of pasta with cold pressed carrot juice sauce, a carrot top pesto, and juice pulp parmesan
Fifth (and final): Limoncello sponge cake
Local cabernet and chardonanny will be available for purchase by the bottle for guests who'd like to enjoy a glass of wine.
