Berry Good Farms on the Go is a food truck that not only serves up some of the region's freshest, most delicious food. It also helps sustain a very good cause.

Berry Good Farms on the Go is a food truck that offers up seasonal menus using produce grown and harvested at Berry Good Farms on campus at the North Florida School of Special Education. What makes this mobile eatery really unique, however, is not only its fresh, innovative, healthy approach to food -- but also the care that's been taken to prepare it.

Students in the NFSSE culinary program learn to dry herbs, fruits and vegetables using a food dehydrator; mix ingredients and bake goods such as muffins; and prepare pesto and hummus using ingredients from the on-campus farm. All production items are then sold on the food truck, offering another avenue of revenue to support the school's project. Each student in the program is also instructed on proper customer service -- so each and every time you visit Berry Good Farms on the Go, you're almost guaranteed a win-win-win: good food, great cause, wonderful service.
