Down to Earth Farm
Down to Earth Farm is a small, sustainable farm on the west side of Jacksonville. Their goal is to grow healthy, delicious veggies in a manner that is gentle on our planet. This means using compost and OMRI listed products instead of chemical fertilizers to feed our plants, using organic potting soil, and fighting bugs and disease with responsible techniques such as crop rotation and regular scouting. They use no chemical pesticides or herbicides.
Providing over 50 different types of produce and other items from November to June. Selection includes Arugula, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Brussels Sprouts, Sungold Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Tatsoi, Arugula, Spaghetti Squash, Blueberries, Cucumbers, Crookneck Squash, Sunflower & Sweet Pea Microgreens, Potatoes, Basil, Sorrel, Scarlet Kale and more. Farm fresh eggs also available for purchase!
