Sbraga & Company is a dining concept born of Chef Kevin Sbraga’s passion for creative cuisine and a dose of Southern hospitality. With a contemporary approach to the cultural influences of Northeast Florida, the restaurant uses heritage crops, regionally-sourced grains, and expertly prepared meat and seafood from the wood fire grill, showcasing an appreciation for the exquisite simplicity of our region’s bounty. Fresh-from-the-dock shrimp, oysters, and clams are served alongside fresh steak and vegetable tartare, crudos, and ceviches at the raw bar. Warm angel biscuits, spent grain bread, and cornbread are all baked fresh daily on premise, and the bar offers classic and original cocktails made with fresh, seasonal fruits, herbs and house-made shrubs.
