Mallorie Finnell

A Florida native, Mallorie graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando in 2008 with a degree in Baking and Pastry. After graduating she pursued her pastry career at locally, family owned shops and eventually landed as the Pastry Chef for Biscotti's and BB's in Jacksonville Florida. She has been published in a few magazines and most notably The Chef's Canvas, published by The Cummer Museum.
