Ramenfest
Join nine of Northeast Florida's best chefs as they serve their take on a Japanese classic at Ramenfest, a pop-up dining experience from VICARIOUS Events. The evening will transform the old Doro Fixtures warehouse in downtown JAX into a scene from the Tokyo underground with a live performance by TOMBOi and the following chefs serving their versions of ramen:

Waylon Rivers, Black Sheep Restaurant
Steve Grimes, CRANE RAMEN
Ian Fleischmann, IL DESCO
Donald Makoto Sinkichi Dean, Restaurant Orsay
Rick Laughlin, Salt @ The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island
Sam Efron, Taverna San Marco
David Chen of Kazu Sushi Burrito will serve sushi burritos (yes, you read that right!) and Calli Marie Webb of BREW Five Points is baking matcha green tea sweet treats.
There will be a cash bar featuring sake, beer and wine presented by The Chef's Garden Catering and Events.
Each ticket includes entrance into the event, food and live entertainment plus all taxes and gratuity.
Sake, beer and wine will be available at a cash bar.
