- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce honey syrup
Using a 1:1 ratio, heat equal parts local honey and fresh-filtered water over low heat in a sauce pan until throughly combined. Let cool completely. When ready to make your cocktail, combine gin, lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker over ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon.
