Making Campfire Tacos
Campfire Tacos are an easy-to-make, interactive meal -- perfect for your next outdoor adventure.

You may be on an adventure miles away from civilization but that doesn’t mean dinner can’t be a gourmet meal. The trick is in the prep, according to Chef John of Osprey Tacos, who grew up in Central California making fresh tamales and salsas in the kitchen with his mother and grandmother.

PRO TIP: Do as much of the chopping at home before hitting the trail, so you have more time enjoying the campfire and the company.
