Avocado Milkshake

This simple Filipino "milkshake" is decadently sweet and creamy and can be served as a dessert. For a lighter consistency more suitable for sipping, simply add more ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

Instructions

Place avocados, condensed milk and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
