The New Tiki
Inspired by travel, today's tiki bars are keeping the "island" tradition alive.
Be prepared for the uprising of the walking dead with this fruity beverage. With or without an uprising, you can find this craft cocktail at Flask & Cannon in Jacksonville Beach.
Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Serving(s)
- 2 ounces Eldorado Rum
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 3/4 ounce turbinado sugar syrup
- 1/4 ounce Coco Lopez cream of coconut
- 1/4 ounce cinnamon syrup
- Hamilton 151 Overproof Demerara Rum
Instructions
Mix everything but the Hamilton 151 Overproof Demerara Rum in a shaker and pour over cracked ice in a tall Collins glass. Pour Hamilton 151 Overproof Demerara Rum over a bar spoon to float. Garnish with fresh mint, flowers, tiny umbrella, straw, and/or bric-a-brac or light on fire at your own risk.
