Her store on the southside provides fresh-baked bread and pastries made from grains ground in-house to customers daily. Like all Great Harvest locations nationally, wheat is sourced from family farms in Montana.

Trasca & Co Eatery is located in the Sawgrass Village Shopping Center in Ponte Vedra, and is owned and operated by Ponte Vedra residents Sara Frasca and Travis Trembath. The Eatery specializes in an Italian-inspired sandwich called the Panino, which was invented by Sara’s grandmother Everetta Frasca in 1974 in Colorado. The Eatery focuses on using the most flavorful ingredients to deliver a delicious handcrafted sandwich, in an eclectic, fast-casual setting.
