Internships at Edible

Are you passionate about writing, editing, photography, design or food? Looking for an internship in Northeast Florida?

Edible Northeast Florida publishes a print magazine (6 x year), a robust website, and social media content. We are looking for stellar interns to help us tell the stories of the farmers, chefs, food artisans, fishers, drink-makers and home cooks who feed us.

If you are a matriculating student interested in receiving credit for an internshp, we want to hear from you! We're looking for Juniors and Seniors with an interest in food, drink, writing (print and web), digital strategy, social media, video production, photography, editorial research, and/or graphic design.

Internships will be customized, based on an intern's experience and interests.

Sample intern duties and responsibilities have, in the past, included:

Writing two web posts per week for edibleneflorida.com;
Completing one assigned print article;
Copy-editing the magazine during deadline week;
Recipe development; 
Assigned photo shoots in the field; 
Attending events and the curation of social media content to support them; 
Meeting routinely with our editorial team.
