Chef Andrew Blanton

Andrew is a native of Jacksonville. He has been in the restaurant industry for 20 years and has been at Congaree and Penn since 2019. He has a technical degree in Environmental Science as well as an interest in sustainable regenerative farming and how it can be transferred to responsible sourcing in the restaurant industry.
