Chef Caleb Blake

Caleb started his culinary career in Palatka in 1998. He owes a lot of his knowledge from working as second in command to Laird Boles at the Ice Plant in St. Augustine for 6 years. He is now the executive chef at Velchoff’s Corner in Palatka and has a passion for using fresh food to redefine Putnam County cuisine
