Chef Ed Baltzley

Local to St Augustine, Ed is Chef-proprietor of Sunday Café. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America’s Hyde Park in 2010. He has worked the kitchen in New York City restaurants as well as served as Executive Chef at well-known restaurants in Jacksonville.
