Chef Eric Encinosa

Eric has been working as a chef in the Beaches area for almost 25 years and currently serves as Head Chef at Mezza Restaurant & Bar in Neptune Beach. In his free time, Eric can be found behind his custom built backyard smoker, preparing a variety of meats, game, and fish.
