Chef Kristen Uffmann

Kristen has been involved in the Jacksonville culinary scene since 2010. After years of working in fine dining, she took over the Executive Chef position at Crispy's in Springfield. With a passion for using local seasonal ingredients, she creates unique twists in her dishes. Kristen is determined to bring diversity to the kitchen, encouraging and mentoring women in the culinary field.
