Owners of Il Desco Announce Closure
Jacksonville, Fla. — January 22, 2018 – Jacques Klempf, Fraser Burns and Mark Frisch, owners of IL DESCO, today announced their decision to close the restaurant effective immediately. The owners will evaluate other concepts for the 2665 Park Street location.
“On behalf of all the owners, I extend my deepest gratitude to our incredible employees and every guest who dined with us at IL DESCO,” said Klempf. “We remain excited and optimistic about the growth of the Riverside culinary community, and look forward to new opportunities in IL DESCO’s location.”
Employees of IL DESCO were contacted this morning to discuss employment opportunities with other concepts in the Forking Amazing Restaurants group.
The Cowford Chophouse will honor gift cards from IL DESCO. Bistro Aix will also accept IL DESCO gift cards when it reopens in February.
