The Pickle Factory is a retail outlet opened by the founders of Olive My Pickle and offers a variety of fermented foods and other products.

It's no secret that Northeast Florida's food scene is rapidly evolving. It's exciting to see new food and drink businesses emerge on a regular basis. Simultaneously, however, all too often we  are seeing established businesses close their doors due to rising costs of ingredients, labor and other expenditures.

Small local businesses are building a foundation for the future, but they don’t do this alone. It takes all of us to support the vision. We encourage you to advocate for the shape of our food culture and our community. Demonstrate your support by choosing local, leaving positive reviews online and helping to spread the word about your favorite places, before we lose them. Here are some of the local businesses we have come to know and love.
