Cousiño-Macul Chilean Wine Dinner
Join Moxie Kitchen + Cocktails for an intimate wine dinner featuring the wines of Cousiño-Macul, produced in Chile since 1870. After seven generations and over 150 years,Cousiño-Macul's mission rings clear - to produce world-class wines that are unmistakably Chilean, carrying the distinctive character of the Maipo Valley. Moxie Kitchen + Cocktails is honored to have Matias Ovalle, the General Manager of Cousiño-Macul, joining them as a special guest.
To complement the five featured wines, Chef Tom Gray and his team will prepare a three-course dinner served family-style. Some highlights of the menu include Charred Tuna Crudo, Hanger Steak with Handmade Gnocchi and Oxtail Ragout.
