Holiday Cookies and Candies Class
Kick-start your holiday baking! This is one cooking class you won't want to miss.
Join Pastry Chef Rebecca Reed at Matthew’s Restaurant in the Wine Room on December 12 for a morning of baking inspiration!
Participants will learn to make a array of elegant, hand-crafted confections: Sugar Cookies with Royal Icing, Linzer Cookies, Grand Marnier Lollipops, Southern Pecan Pralines, and Gumdrops if time allows! A deliciously light brunch and breakfast cocktails are included -- along with the culinary tools you'll need to recreate your masterpieces at home: silpat baking mats, candy thermometer and cookie cutters.
Full payment is required upon receipt of signed registration form. A copy of your receipt will be provided via email.
