The local food scene in Northeast Florida hasgrown exponentially in the past few years. Amy Robb, publisher of Edible Northeast Florida, a print and digital publication that "tells the story of local food" will talk about the latest trends in local food in Jax and across the country. Gastrofest organizer, Erin Thursby will share about the local food vendors participating in this year's festival, as well as how to recycle at a Downtown event.
