Think fresh, seasonal fruit is reserved only for your bowl or plate? Think again! Local peaches make the perfect addition to this zippy cocktail with spirits from Florida's St. Petersburg Distillery.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces Banyan Reserve Vodka
- 1 ounce Tippler's Orange Liqueur
- 3/4 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh peach chunks
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 splash club soda
Instructions
Muddle peach and simple syrup into shaker. Add spirits, lime juice and ice, then shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass of your choice and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint. Top with a splash of club soda.
