- 1 1/2 ounces St. Augustine Distillery Pot Distilled Rum
- 1/2 ounce Blandy's Rainwater Madeira
- 1 teaspoon peach preserves
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce local honey
Instructions
Shake all ingredients and strain over ice. Garnish with lemon wheel.
