After decades of nurturing a varied seed-to-fork-inspired career, Chef Rosaria has been focusing her classically trained knowledge and work experiences toward the culinary education and business development within her industry. She recently joined forces with GYO Greens to break ground on a new facility at the aquaponic farm in Palm Valley. A European inspired LEED certified venue and educational center is planned and collaborations with local and global chefs are underway.
