Collaborate and Give Supports Wolfson Children's Hospital
Forking Amazing Restaurants, an independent restaurant group that includes Ovinté, Bistro Aix and IL DESCO, launched Collaborate and Give, a new program to benefit nonprofit organizations.
Through this program, Forking Amazing Restaurants will donate 5 percent of food sales at Ovinté, Bistro Aix and IL DESCO over a three-day dining period each month to a designated nonprofit partner.
After two successful months of partnering with local charities, Collaborate and Give continues in April with Wolfson Children’s Hospital. From April 24-26, 5 percent of all food proceeds at Bistro Aix, Ovinté and Il Desco will benefit the hospital.
Collaborate and Give will begin on the last Monday of each month. The second Collaborate and Give promotion will be held March 27 through March 29. The restaurant group's first campaign, held February 27 through March 1, raised more than $1,000 for the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund.
