Kombucha Brewing Class

Local brew master, Moonbooch Kombucha’s Steve Mekoski, is teaming up with First Coast Wellness & First Coast Outdoor Fit to teach you the history & health benefits of this fermented black tea. At the class you will learn how to make an easy 1-gallon batch at home, as well as how to scale up to larger batches, and to carbonate your brew. There will also be kombucha samples to try!
