William Underwood

Born and raised in Kentucky, William fell in love with food by cooking meals for his large family. He has worked in the kitchens of Llama, Orsay and The Ice Plant and was invited to cook at the James Beard House with the amazing team at The Lodge at Little Saint Simons Island. Although he’s taking a break from restaurants, you can find him cooking at private events or brewing nitro cold brew at DOS coffee in St. Augustine.
