Join The University of Florida/IFAS for a Free Outreach Event and Networking on September 19, 2016

The University of Florida/IFAS is hosting a Free Outreach Event and Networking on September 19, 2016. Network with the agriculture community working to shape a community of sustainabilty. This event will feature:

–A farm tour to explore the future trends for farming and marketing local food
–A great dinner featuring local food
–Updates on UF/IFAS resources for sustainable agriculture
–A conversation about how to develop a vibrant, useful network for farming in the North Central Florida region

The tour will take place at Frog Song Organics at 3:30 p.m. with a meeting following at Hawthorne Market at 5:30 p.m. You can register for both the tour and the networking meeting or just the meeting. Space is limited, so registration is required. North Central Florida Agriculture Network is asking that only two representatives per organization register to ensure the broadest representaion of attendees. Registration will officially close on September 14th at 11:59 PM.
