Guest chefs collaborate with farmers, fishers and other local food artisans for a memorable evening at Congaree & Penn.

Join us at Congaree and Penn for Farmers Table, a collaboration with farmers, fishers, chefs, brewers, ranchers, drink makers and artists to deliver a one of a kind experience on the farm. Each evening includes a welcome cocktail by Manifest Distilling, wine, beer, Farm Cider and hors d'oeuvres, along with a family style feast by a guest chef. End the evening in a conversation with our guest chef, hosted by the Edible Northeast Florida team.

Farmers Table with Chef Digby Stridiron of St. Croix’s Braata & AMA at Cane Bay featuring farm partner Juicy Roots.

November 17th at 5:00 pm

Farmers Table with Chef Kenny Gilbert of Gilbert’s Underground Kitchen & Gilbert’s Social featuring Fisherman's Dock.

December 8th at 5:00 pm

Farmers Table with Chef Whitney Otawka from Greyfield Inn featuring farm partner Backyard Buffalo’s Punita Patel.

December 15th at 5:00 pm

Farmers Table with Chef David Bancroft of Auburn’s Acre & Bow and Arrow featuring wild game caught by Steve the Trapper.
