Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 5 to 6 apple chunks
  • 3 dashes plum bitters
  • 2 ounces reposado tequila
  • 1 barspoon allspice dram

Instructions

Muddle all ingredients together, shake with ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with an apple fan.
