- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 pound red potatoes, cut into ½-inch rounds
- 1 medium red onion, cut into thick slices
- ½ pound bacon, cut into thick slices
Whisk all marinade ingredients together in measuring cup. Brush on skewered potatoes, onions and bacon, then grill until cooked.
